Awww :(

Well, since it was snowing really hard this morning, we didn't get to go on the field trip :( But the good news is that school was cancelled so I didn't have to rush to do my homework... And I made a Polyvore account so I can put up visual ideas now! :)

Fancy Shmancaaayyy

Hi girlies! So tomorrow I'm going on a field trip to my state's capitol
for this thingamajig event where we either learn about politics (I
guess... not entirely sure) or you follow around a state legislator
 (there was an essay contest for placement in that). I was lucky enough,
 or just a good enough writer, I suppose, to be  assigned to follow around
a state legislator! :) Sadly, we are leaving the school like two-and-a-half-ish
hours before school starts, so I have to wake up really eeeeaaarrrrllyyyy! :(
Buuuut that's okay because it will be super duper fun! And anyways, what
I was getting to was that they asked that we dress nicely, and I wanted to share
with you what I will be wearing! OK, so... I'm going to wear khaki pants, a
denim-colored peasant-type top over a white cami, brown flat-type shoes,
and I'm not entirely sure how I'll do my hair...any suggestions???

New stuffs

Uggh! I've been a horrible blogger!!! I have only posted like nine times in almost 30 days!!! I think part of the problem is that I need to brainstorm and have ideas ready, and I also need to go and make accounts on other certain websites so that I can make this place better and more fun! And I think I'm gonna redo the background and such because I'm just not entirely happy with it... anyways, hopefully it'll be better here in the coming weeks!!! Have an awesome day! :)

Happy Valentines Day!

Hey all! Sorry that I'm a little late on this, but I didn't think to do it until school today... Anyway, Happy Valentine's Day! Everyone wants that cute outfit to wear to school, but you want it to be comfortable at the same time! I'm pretty sure half of my school was wearing pink or red today, and those are great colors to base your outfit on! I personally wore light-wash jeans, a plaid, burgundy peasant top over a brown cami, and brown  penny-loafer-ish flats. You could also just go really simple with just a pink or red T-shirt, or dress more fancily in a pink or red dress with a gray cardigan. Hope this helps! :)

I'm alive, I assure you....

Sorry about the lack of posts lately... I've been lazy and busy.... That's kind of an oxymoron... but anyways hopefully soon, when I feel more productive, I will get some things going that will hopefully make this place better and more interesting, so keep checking back! :)

I'm in the chorus for the musical!!! :D Woohoo!!! So anyway, judging by my lack of posts about fashion, it's high time for another one! Hmmm... what to do.... Jean jackets! They really seem to be coming in style again! They're really versatile, and you can just throw one on over  almost anything! They're a more summery/springy type of piece, but they can be really cute!
